Delete your account
You may request deletion of your ParikshaSaathi account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- If an in-app Delete Account option is available, use it while signed in.
- Alternatively, contact us through the Support page and clearly write Account Deletion Request.
- Include the mobile number registered with your ParikshaSaathi account. Do not send your password or OTP.
What may be deleted
After verification, we may delete or anonymise account profile data, learning history, practice/test activity, study-plan data, progress data, saved preferences and other account-linked information, subject to legal and security requirements.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting or enforcement of our terms. Such data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed after account ownership is verified. We may contact you if additional verification is reasonably required.
Security note: Never share your password or OTP in a deletion request.
