Terms for using ParikshaSaathi

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ParikshaSaathi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Educational purpose

ParikshaSaathi provides study material, practice questions, mock tests, PYQ-style practice, current affairs, study plans and preparation tools for educational purposes. We do not guarantee selection, rank, marks, employment or any examination result.

3. Government-information disclaimer

ParikshaSaathi is not a government entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of any government department, recruitment board or examination authority. Vacancy counts, dates, syllabus details, eligibility, answer keys and other exam information should always be verified from the relevant official source before you act on them.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse another person's account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content at scale, reverse engineer protected features, upload malicious content, abuse tests or accounts, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Study content and accuracy

We work to keep educational content useful and accurate, but errors or outdated information may occur. Official notices and official exam-authority publications take precedence over content shown on ParikshaSaathi.

7. Premium features and payments

If paid or subscription features are offered, purchase and billing may be processed by Google Play or another applicable payment provider. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and the rules of the applicable payment provider.

8. Intellectual property

The ParikshaSaathi brand, original interface, original explanations, original study resources and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party or official-source material remains the property of its respective owner.

9. Availability

We may update, suspend, modify or discontinue features when required for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product improvement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ParikshaSaathi is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unofficial or outdated information, missed deadlines, exam outcomes, device/network issues, third-party services or unauthorised account access caused by user negligence.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary for abuse, fraud, security risks, policy violations or unlawful use.
